Hey there, my name is Jan and I was born in 1983 in Ostrava, a city in the Czech Republic. My passion for photography started when I purchased my first smartphone and began taking pictures of anything that caught my eye. As my interest grew, I eventually upgraded to a mirrorless camera and started taking longer trips to capture landscapes and street scenes.

Photography has become a vital source of energy for me, providing a way to escape the stress and chaos of everyday life. The emotions and memories evoked by a misty mountain landscape can last a lifetime, and photography allows me to relive those experiences over and over again.

Recently, I've shifted my focus to analog film, as it provides a deeper level of creativity and engagement with the photographic process. All analog photography can be found under the Panorama header and all digital photography can be found under the Landscape and People headers.
